Associates in Neurology, P.C. has four general offices, with our main office in Farmington Hills. Our offices are open Monday through Friday. One of our physicians is on call 24 hours a day including weekends. The addresses and telephone numbers of the offices are available to the left of your screen. Calling for Appointments
When you call our office for an appointment, our receptionist will ask you a few routine questions. Please have your insurance information available when you call. You will also be told if a referral from your primary care physician is needed. Your appointment will be scheduled as soon as there is availability. Every effort is made to honor your appointment time, however, occasionally, an unforeseen emergency may delay your appointment time. If this occurs, your patience and understanding will be appreciated.
